I've gone to them many times before. My first experience wasn't too great because of a transmission pan leak. On my vehicle a leak cant be sealed so the whole pan has to be replaced. The price for labor and parts came to around $500, same price as the dealer charged. Got it fixed from them, but then the leak appeared again. It was from the same area. Took it back and they said its not the pan but just this small connector to the pan that costs $20 and they replaced it for free. Now my mind began to wonder, was the original problem just that connector and did they replace the pan for no reason. After that I mostly only dealt with Ken not Phil. Ken seems to know much more about BMWs and just seems more honest to me. There prices are not cheap. They pretty much charge dealer prices, but I go to them and they have become reliable.

The price was very expensive and I don't blame the repair people but BMW. They didn't even charge me for the labor but only for the parts. I compared the price to BMW dealers and they were good. They were very professional, very friendly and helpful. I wait for the car and they always get it done quickly. I am very pleased with them.

This is not my first experience with them, and every time they are fast, courteous, and honest. The owners, Julian and Todd, have exceptional work ethics. Their clients are extremely loyal. They also have one of the long-time techs in their shop now. Honest and fair. Can you say that about the dealers here?
