Cancelled twice because he was servicing other customers. Two days later, opener stopped working. Left me without working opener for 4 days; cancelling once during that time and then finally showing up at 11pm and he was supposed to be there between 3pm-7pm to repair. Each time he cancelled, I had been waiting for him during the 4 hour slot appointment time.

Two weeks after installation, the opener stopped working. Upon reporting it to the owner of the company, he informed me that he could not come to repair until he had other jobs in my area to make it worthwhile for him to travel. He is 40 miles away in Fresno and advertises that he serves my area, Hanford, which is why I contracted with him. It was 5 days until he came out to repair. Meanwhile I could not close my garage (I am disabled and cannot close it manually; which he was informed about). He finally scheduled to come between 5pm-7pm on a Monday. With many calls made by me after 7pm to find out why he hadn't arrived, he finally showed up at 11pm. His attitude throughout my conversations with him following installation were dismissive. He didn't care about the problems I was having with his product. His only concern was that he didn't make a trip just for me unless he could charge me for the trip. On the day, he finally came, he acted like he was doing me a favor. His website advertises "Impeccable Customer Service"; "Warranty Satisfaction:; "Quality Service"; "Quality Work"; "We Fix It Right The First Time"; and "Failure Is Not An Option:. This is definitely False Advertisement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; YOU WILL BE SORRY!! I know I am. I just hope I do not have any more problems with this opener. I do not want to have to deal with Rafael again.
