Rick came out and gave us quote for a new A/C unit, his recommendation was right on spot, he didn't try to up sell us anything we didn't need. He is very professional and courteous and explained everything that we would be getting, I highly recommend Rick if you need an estimate. The day of our install the installers showed up promptly were very polite and did an excellent job on removing old unit and installing new unit, we were up and running by 3:00 pm, the same day, I highly recommend Mr. Cool.

They gave us a four hour window and called 15 minutes before arriving. The guy was pleasant and took his time. He found the problem which was a loose fitting and fixed it - all within one hour. We were very pleased. A couple of years ago, they had promptly fixed another air conditioner problem when they found a piece of loose insulation that had to be removed. This was after two other companies had failed to find the problem. We highly recommend them and would call them again.

They arrived when they said they would, worked very professionally and completed the job with no problem at all. Everything passed inspection and is working fine.

They came out same day. I called in the morning, and at that time they said it would probably be the end of the day by the time they could get to me. They called around noon, saying they had someone who could come out and I had to say no, since I had another appointment I could not change. However, they followed up later that afternoon and it was fixed before dinner. The repairman did a quick fix and only charged me the diagnostic fee. I was very pleased.

Installation went very smooth, technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They came back and fixed a few minor issues that came up on city inspection. I found a dent on the unit and I asked them to replace the panel and they did.

I would recommend Donald P Dick Air Conditioning highly. They were very patient, worked around my schedule, were very professional and they accommodated all my needs. The person that I worked was extremely easy to deal with. Their price was reasonable for what I got.
