This company does an OK job of maintenance, when things are going fine. When they're not, repeated requests for service are ignored, and phone calls to the office are not returned. I have a pool service so I don't have to spend time on the pool. Now, I spend time with the pool service company, and I have to pay to do it!

They followed my specific plan that I drew up perfectly. We knew what we wanted and they were able to deliver it for us. My pool looks great. We had this built last fall so we haven't gotten to use it much but we look forward to it. I have to say they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to others.
