Nice, quality tires. However, the tires were supposed to come with a LIFETIME rotation and balance. This is misleading because I guess somewhere in the small print, it is really a 5-year rotation and balance. So, now, even though my tires are still good, COSTCO will NOT rotate or balance them. I think it's a marketing ploy to cause my tires to fail, so that I can buy new ones. I like COSTCO overall, but I don't like this and I would not recommend buying tires from them, as I found their advertising to be misleading.

I THINK THEIR WORK LOOKS GREAT, AND IT WASN'T THAT EXPENSIVE, ALTHOUGH IT DID TAKE THEM ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO DO IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO THE NEXT PERSON, I JUST THINK THEY SHOULD CALL BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.
