Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Technician was punctual/responsive. Diagnosis lead to replacement of Inducer draft motor. He forced tested the furnace and left ($350 bill). The tenant reported hours later that the furnace would still not come on automatically based on temperature. Technician returns and diagnoses that the ignition module is faulty, begging to ask the question the draft motor was probably not needed. Installs, tests and leaves. ($275 additional bill). Hours after he leaves the 2nd time, the tenant reports that the furnace is still not automatically starting based on temperature. I had tenant force desired heat temp to 90 degrees and magically the furnace starts. I needed NEITHER the DRAFT MOTOR nor the IGNITION MODULE. All I needed was a new thermostat. I did not give them the opportunity to charge me again for the Termostat
I feel that I was taken advantage of either intentionally (ethics) or unintentionally (negligence of the technicians inability to properly diagnose the problem). Seek out another service provider with qualified/high ratings.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND THE PRICE OF MY NEW AIR CONDITIONER. THE INSTALLERS DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY ALSO DID A NICE JOB ON CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY WORKERS WERE ON TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY HAD EXPLAINED THE PROCESS THEY WERE GOING TO GO THROUGH WHILE INSTALLING THE HEATING UNIT. THEY HAD PUT A VERY RELIABLE HEATING UNIT FOR ME. I HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.
