carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreTony promised to have a crew to the home "within the hour." 3 hours later Tony called to say they could not be out until 8:00 AM the next morning. I asked why he lied about being out within the hour? He said they were "thin" right now. I told Tony that their Yellow Pages ad said they had 24 hour service and he said they would be there first thing at 8:00am. At 8:15 am the next morning I called Tony again because no-one had arrived to clean up the flood in my house. Tony said they were on the way and would be there any minute. At 8.45 am I called and left a message that no-one was there yet!! At 9:15 am I called AGAIN and Tony said "really, there not their yet?" He said he would get them out right away. Tony from CleanMaster never called back. No-on from CleanMaster EVER showed up. I called Tony again at about Noon. I told him no-one EVER arrived. Tony hung up on me. I called Service Master and they arrived at the house in 70 minutes.
Description of Work: My washing machine flooded my laundry room, dining room & living room. Tuesday at 5:30PM, I called for water extraction and cleanup and drying. The CleanMaster Yellow Pages ad says "60 minute service - 24 hours a day."

MY INSURANCE COMPANY HIRED THEM TO DO THE WORK. CLEAN MASTER'S TRIED CHARGING THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ROOMS THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN CLEAN. THEY TRIED TO GET $9,300 FROM THE INSURANCE. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO CLEAN AND GET THE WATER OUT OF MY CARPETS AFTER A FLOOD.
