City Plumbing came to replace my Water Heather.since first day Water Heather don't work I called and they just told me that's all they can do called the office since that day nobody return my call paid $ 900 just for installation plus brand new Water Heather order from: American Home Shield all what they said contact the manufactures for warranty. after 1 year not even get a refund for the money they collect from me . We need to sue them so that they no longer do the same to other people.send me a text to my number 559-509-1540 I gonna go to court to get more inf. to sue them anybody want to join? text me.

poor. Was not fixed. Disappointed in their service. They have a scam with American Home Shield. Collect your fee and then not honor the commitment. They showed up, turned off my hot water collected 75 bucks and then said I should contact the manufacturers to see if I can possible get a faucet replaced and installed. 5 minute visit. Both city plumbing and American home shield are in cahoots together. I suggest you find a reputable company that honors its commitments. Ahs and city plumbing were a bad experience.

Terrible service. Couldn’t fix simple gas leaks and kept trying to get me to pay way too much to replace whole system that didn’t need to be replaced. Definitely do not recommend.

The toilet in one of my properties developed a leak in the water supply line and the water valve would not shut off to stem the leak. I contacted my home warranty insurance company (Fidelity) on a Thursday and they arranged for a plumbing company to come out and do the repair. By that Saturday, I was still waiting for a call back from the plumbing company and still hadn't heard from them by noon Tuesday (this, after I left a detailed phone message on Saturday) so I called Fidelity back and let them know I hadn't been contacted to set up an appointment date/time. Fidelity then arranged for another plumbing company to repair the toilet. However, when I arrived at the house on Wednesday morning I was met by a toilet whose small leak turned into a big one with water gushing out of the water supply line. I immediately called the second plumbing company Fidelity had dispatched for the repair and had to leave a message explaining the urgency of the situation. Two hours passed and no one called me back so I again called Fidelity as now the bathroom floor was flooded and water had seeped into the carpeted hall. To make a long story short, Fidelity contacted a third plumbing company, City Plumbing, and about three hours later Ramon and James came to my rescue. It took these gentlemen no more than 30 minutes to replace the water supply line, water turn off valve, and they even replaced the fill valve, flapper and tighten the loose flush handle. Before leaving the house Ramon explained the 60-day warranty provided with the service. Both Ramon and James were not only prompt in diagnosing and completing the toilet repair, they were professional and courteous the entire time. I would recommend City Plumbing to other homeowners and won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

The installation went well. The problem is, we were charged $350.00 for a permit that was never obtained. We were also charged $100.00 for carbon monoxide detectors that were not necessary and we never received. We were charged twice for an overflow pipe that resulted in an overcharge of $100.00. City Plumbing did not respond to my inquiries about the issues. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 2015. The owner has not been receptive to my inquiries and has ignored my efforts to resolve the issues. I would not recommend using City Plumbing. .

It has been month and a half. Their customer service is horrible. They haven't shown up for multiple appointments. Now, they won't answer the phone to give me an ETA.

In October 2012 I had a clogged sewer line in my yard. I called my home warranty company and they sent out City Plumbing. They cleaned out the clog and recommended replacing the trap in the yard. They gave me a quote of $1100, but the guy the sent out said he could do it under the table for $800, he said he would do it outside of his employer and I would pay him directly. This bothered me greatly knowing that this individual wanted to perform non-guaranteed work. It appeared really shady. I declined and called another company who replaced the trap.
In December 204 I called my home warranty company after discovering a leaky valve behind my toilet. My home warranty company put my service request through City plumbing. After not hearing anything from them for several hours, I called City Plumbing and left a message regarding my service request. After another 24 hrs. I called my home warranty company again, they left City Plumbing a message and informed me another contractor could not be sent out unless City Plumbing responded w/in 24 hrs. After calling the home warranty company the next morning they attempted to contact City Plumbing, who said they could be out in the afternoon. I declined their offer and requested a new contractor. Based on my two experiences with City Plumbing I would not recommend their services.

Terrible.  Unreliable. No customer service.  Poor install.

They do not return phone calls.Cannot provide prompt service .

I called my Home warranty company to notify them a week that
I had my guest bathroom.  They contacted
city plumbing and schedule time for them to come out; they never showed up for
the appointment or call to reschedule or notifying if it were not coming.  They call me the following day to save sorry
to be missed the appointment wanted to know if they could reschedule.  I said no thank you recall my home warranty
company to see if they can send somebody else out.  They said that they wanted to have city
plumbing come back out again any personally call the owner Nelson and
reschedule the appointment for the following day. He said they would be here at
the house no later than noon and apologize for the inconvenience.  They came out and gave me an estimate and
said that they would be back on Monday, December 31 no later than 9 o?clock to
fix the issue.  He also said that we
would be the first job of the day so there should not be any delays.  It is now 11:15 Monday, December 31 and they
still have still not showed up to the house to start the work.  I have call the owner a few times to find out
what time technician would be here, the first two times I called he said he was
going to get a hold of them and call me back to let me know when he would be
here. He has still not called me back. The third time I called he did not
answer the phone.
