Great service all around. Great price. Very satisfied with this company.

I got soundproof windows installed on the interior of my current windows (don't ever get them, it's a scam), and I therefore had needed extension brackets for my vertical blinds and boxes placed around the trimming of my windows (for the shutters).  I had called both Z blinds and Central Valley Blinds and their reaction and helpfulness could not have been more dissimilar.   
Z blinds (the ones who probably installed my blinds) were very quick on the phone and stated that they could only give me an estimate if they came out to look at the shutters.  The visit would cost $75.  I asked if they had the extension brackets for the vertical blinds, and they had no idea what I was talking about.  
I called Central Valley Blinds and spoke to Abe who was super helpful and informative.  He spoke to me for a considerable amount of time on the phone and looked at the pictures that I had sent him via email.  He said that he was willing to come out for free.  He stated that the most cost-efficient means of adjusting my shutters may be to hire a carpenter, but that he would be willing to come out and see what alternative would be best.  I also asked about the extension brackets for the vertical blinds.  He knew exactly what I was talking about, and told me to stop by.  I picked up the extension brackets, and he carefully and in great detail explained how to install them.  
On a separate occasion (11/03/14), I had Jack and a worker come by to install additional brackets for the blinds, and I was given an order of side pieces for the valence for free (I should've been charged for them).  Central Valley Blinds have been the most honest of contractors that  I have ever dealt with.  I wish that I had done business with them originally rather than Z blinds.

The guy measured twice, good for a giant custom order. He noted which windows in our old house were not level/plumb and figured out a way to make the roller shades look level even though the windows weren't. We priced out a few companies, and not only was Central Valley Blinds the best price, they were also the best service . Punctual for the quote and install. Quality of the product is great, they're going to last a long time.

I called to ask for a quote and the next day Abe came out to inspect our facilities. He made some suggestions we took advantage of, which saved us some money. He gave me a a verbal bid and followed up with a fax bid on the same day. He also explained since he had to order the runner/rods, it would take about 2 weeks before he could do the installation. Two weeks later I received a call to let me know the blinds were ready for installation; and that they could be installed the next afternoon. The blinds were installed right on time and the two workers were fast, friendly and helpful. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. They gave me a few pointers on maintaining the blinds since the louvers were so long and then told me to be sure to call them if I had any other problems. I was very pleased with whole process and will call them again if I need more service.

Abe was a polite, professional sales person who gave us an accurate quote and included cornice boxes for top of blinds for free. Ordered blinds on a Friday, they came in the following week. Installed within 2 hours a couple days later. Installation was quick, professional and very clean. They really impressed me and the blinds look terrific. Bid was $400 cheaper than the competitor for same product.
