I have used them for years and they have been excellent. Always responsive, great work, great people who come out, and I would highly recommend them as well.

They did a fantastic job. Very nice people and excellent at what they do. Always wore shoe coverings and cleaned up when they were done. I knew what I was getting and got everything I was supposed to. They are quick and efficient.

Got an appointment for AC checkup for the day after I called.
Tech was very thorough checking all components.  Amp test showed condenser fan going out on 13 year old unit.
I used 10% off Angie's List coupon, and had fan replaced with part already on truck.  Doing this also saved another diagnostics fee.
Now I am set for summer heat!

When we phoned a previous service provider, we were told they no longer served our area.  We then contacted CIC because they did some duct work last summer.  We were gratified when they were able to schedule a visit right away.
The Service man washed condenser,  inspected condenser motor, compressor, blower motor, electrical connections, pressure,  air supply and temp split.  Information and readings were included in the paperwork we received.  
His demeanor was professional: when he was delayed a bit at a previous call, he phoned to let us know.

We can't afford a new A/C unit at this time but ours is older, so we wanted to do what we could to maximize its efficiency before summer comes.  Keith from CIC tested our ducts and determined they were very  dirty and had some leakage.  They came on a Monday, got the duct work all done, but then it rained so we had to postpone the roof work (tune up of A/C).  They returned Friday to do that part and the relay switch (which will keep fan on to blow out  residual cool air in system after system is shut off).  I learned a lot about our system, that while it IS old, it can still work well with a little maintenance!   We were very pleased with the job.

I came home from out of town to an inferno. It was so hot that I thought of sleeping outside or renting a room for the night. He answered the call after hours and came early the next day even though it was a holiday. I had called others and they couldn't come until later during the day.
