Cabinet Connection

Representative measured spaces, suggested solutions and provided design for our approval.  Ordered and installed cabinets in the stated time.  Cabinets fit, were correctly configured and professionally installed.  Return visits to adjust doors/closers etc will not be a problem as we have had a complete kitchen and laundry room installed previously to our complete satisfaction.  Or representative from Cabinet Connection, Mark, was friendly, professional and detailed in his work and worked hard to satisfy our requirements.

This is the second project Cabinet Connection has done for us, and it exceeded all my expectations.  I have a 10 foot ceiling in my closet, and wanted to functionally use as much space as was possible, since the previous design only allowed for storage to about 6 feet, and nothing was utilized above that - it was just empty space.  I had a few requirements, and Cabinet Connection really heard my needs and hopes for this project and came through.  I was able to discuss all my needs, and options were given to me, suggestions to make things better, as well as touches I didn't expect, that made the closet look amazing.  First, everything was measured properly, and installation was handled professionally, and was very well done.  The installers took great care to protect my carpeting and existing furnishings, and left everything very clean.  Secondly, the design was perfect for the space, was streamlined, and no space was wasted.  I have dust-free storage for my shoes, the perfect amount of hanging space and drawer space, as well as accessories to accommodate a variety of storage needs (hooks, belt racks, etc.)  Third, I have been very happy with the quality - the drawer slides are excellent, and glide with ease, the finishing touches with matching crown and baseboard really finish things off, and it all looks beautiful.  And finally, the price was extremely competitive.  I got at least 4 other quotes and design options, and not one fully utilized the space, and all were more expensive.  It was very important to me that the storage matched MY needs and wasn't a closet-in-a-box.  I am able to easily reach the tall areas of my closet, because we incorporated a streamlined ladder that stores neatly behind the closet door.  I store items up high that I use less often, but the point is - the space has purpose now, and is no longer just empty space.  I will be using Cabinet Connection for my next project.

During the process of total remodel of a home I bought in June 2012 I was referred to Cabinet Connection regarding replacing my kitchen cabinets and adding two cabinet hight islands. Adam, the young man who handled my order through-out was more than helpful and attentive to my concerns. He was prompt in returning my calls and made three or four trips to the house to insure we were on the same page as to what I wanted. When the cabinets and the two islands were delivered and installed concerns with several cabinet doors and some finishing issues cropped up, but Adam saw to it that they were corrected to my satisfaction, although it did take some time.
One thing that may be of concern in using cabinet connection, is that, their cabinets are ordered and fabricated and shipped by a company located out of the area and out of state. If your the type that needs to see the produict as it is being put together then a local cabinet maker might better fit you.

We had seen their work in a couple of other kitchens and we know them. We have known them for a couple of years, not for the kitchens but socially . We talked to them when we started shopping and some others too. they had really nice design ideas, giving us a lot more usable space out of a relatively small kitchen. Their finished work doesn't cost any more then the big box stores but it looks like fine furniture. They use good quality wood on the cabinets and also really nice hardware and drawers that work really well.

Worst experience since construction began on our house. Installers put in broken cabinet doors, installed the wrong knobs on the kitchen cabinets just to mention a few things that went wrong. The person who was sent out to take a look at the problems told us that their installers are paid per cabinet installed, so they work fast. When I questioned how that makes sense when the company ends up spending more money on fixing egregious errors, there wasn't much the inspector could say back. And the person who sold us the cabinets, let's just say I will never do business with a company that employs people with such a lack of professionalism again in my life.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY WERE RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, AND PRETTY MUCH JUST EXCELLENT ALL AROUND. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON THE CABINETS. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.
