My original contractor had a problem, and couldn't make it. CA Janitorial was available at short notice, and the rates were quite reasonable. They did a really good job. The apartment looked good. I would absolutely hire them again.

He is accommodating, and ready to work immediately. His wife is wonderful. They are insured, they give free estimates. Price is negotiable. They also do move in, move outs, weekly, bi-weekly, and windows. They also give a 10 percent discount on carpet cleaning. He does commercial, residential and industrial.
