He came to fix my faucet, it was a big project and he did a good gob. Really really good.

Job was done quickly and he did a great job of clean-up. Very friendly people and I would highly recommend them.

Contacted Patrick about the project and he told me Johnny would give me a call shortly. I received a call from Johnny within the hour and setup and appointment for him to come by and give an estimate. I explained what I wanted done and he began working on it right away. I was expecting him to return in a few days, so I was very happy to know it would be worked on right away. He installed the drip to all the plants, trees, and bushes I requested. He then showed me where the roots of a tree had started growing through the pvc and caused a leak in the line. The break was beneath the deck so it was not an easy fix. He was able to return the next day and repair the line.

Went great.  Alvaro came out and quickly analyzed the problem and quickly fixed the station.  Alvaro was professionally and friendly.   

It was easy to contact Al and to schedule his visit.  He arrived on  time and spent an hour making the repairs.  He gave me some tips about care and operation of my sprinklers and time.  I plan to use Bulldog Plumbing and Sprinklers again if the need arises.

Company owner responded to all messages within a few hours, the repairman showed up-before quoted time and was quick and efficient.  They were in and out in no time and it was inexpensive for what we thought was going to be a 300 dollar fix!.  Could not be happier with this company.  I am recommending to all my friends for their lawn care needs.

The job was complete 2 hours after I called. Chris was awesome... he knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend Bulldog plumbing. Fast service and 5-star work!!!!

I didn't use them but they did come out and gave me an estimate. They were on time and they kept in contact with me as far as what time they're gonna be here and they were prmpt and professional. I have nothing bad to say about them at all.

The tech was a little late, but he did call to say he was running over on the job he was doing before mine. Not a problem.
 He was seemed to know his business and was polite and thoroughly worked to solve the problems.

Great.  They overcame a few issues with an old faucet and did the job a quickly as it could be done.

He is very friendly, prompt and professional. I was highly impressed and would recommend this craftsman to others. 
I kept his contact information and will use his services in the future. The company handles a lot of other home issues in addition to sprinkler repair.

The repairman arrived on time and the company worked with me to get a time that fit into my schedule. He checked every sprinkler, fixed the ones that needed fixing, re-aimed the ones that worked well, and was exceptionally thorough. I am highly satisfied.

At precisely 7am on Thurdsay Chris showed up with a helper, and they got to work (bonus points for actually showing up, unlike half the sprinkler companies in Fresno). About ten minutes in Chris got a call about a broken sprinkler line that he needed to go take care of while he went to get the materials, the helper would start the digging.
The helper dug for about 30 minutes, and then sat on my front curb for an hour smoking and talking on his cell phone.
I understand that he probably didn't want to be doing all of the work on his own, and was probably waiting for Chris to come back, but there was plenty of work that could have been done rather than burn time waiting. For me it was not a big issue, but I could see someone on a schedule being unhappy about that.
Chris returned at about 9am with materials minus the rock, but he had gotten cost for that. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay (by about $400 but that was totally my fault for not getting exact cost for the material before hand), and he let me know that once they were ready for that part he would go get it.
To Bulldog's credit, they never asked for any money until all of the work was complete. This is good customer service.
I let Chris know that his helper had been sitting on his hands for over an hour, and that while I didn't mind, I certainly wasn't paying for that. He assured me that it was not a problem and that he of course would not expect me to pay for that.
The work was done a bit slower than quoted, but it was done. I would not call the finished product excellent work, but it was sufficient. Chris did let me know up front that they are a sprinkler company, and generally do not do landscaping work, but since what I wanted was simple enough, they would go ahead and do it. At $75/hr for landscaping work, I would have expected a bit more thorough job (not all weeds were removed, there was a bit of trash left here and there, lots of dirt left on my deck, I had to dig up and properly seat one of the drip lines as it was leaking in the ground), but it was worth it for me to not have to do all of the work.
One thing that did irk me a bit though is that the rock we chose came in plastic bags, 27 of them. Rather than take and dispose of that, Bulldog crammed all 27 bags into my recycle can, filling it. My issue with that is that they didn't ask, or even let me know. a simple "hey we filled your recycle can with those bags" would have done it. Not a huge problem as the cans are picked up on Friday, but it did result in a pile of other recyclables sitting in my garage because I was unexpectedly unable to use my recyclable can.
Based on my experiences with the other landscapers in Fresno at this time of year, I would very much recommend Bulldog for anyone that needs sprinkler work done in any kind of reasonable time schedule. Other contractors either wanted me to wait up to two months, or just made an appointment and then never showed up.
The work was done as agreed (maybe not the most thorough job, but completed on the right day at least), and Chris kept his cost to the "high" rough estimate I had been given the day before, plus materials. Overall about what I would expect from any landscaping contractor, but unlike the others Bulldog actually delivered.
