"This is the second time I have responded to this review when I first received this, hopefully this will be receive this time. Let me begin again, I do not recognize this person with her review. We have no record of this transaction. If this was several years a go why is she complaining several years later, it would be more easier to address it then if this really happen. I must say $200.00 would not be out of line for a estimate since she lives in a rurual are such as the mountains in Prather. Our business is in Fresno. That would at least be a half of days working including working on what ever the estimate was for. We would credit the amount what ever we would charge for the estimate if we did the job. As far as the amounts of both estimates I can't explain that because I don't know what the estimate was for. There could be many reasons why there is a difference between the 2 estimates. For example was the other estimate from a license contractor like we are. Every one is entitle to charge what they want to do a job for, it does'nt mean it has to be accepted. We are not just in the business of doing estimates, that is part of our job description. We eventually have to do something with those estimates that are accepted, We did do some researching on the internet and found this same complaint on another web site with the same wording but with 2 important differences. 1.) The plumber that started the job but quit in the middle of the job. In this review it appears the first plumber never got started. 2.) The amount that was charged for the estimate was $150.00 in the other review. This review is in the amount of $200.00 In closing to us this review doesn't register with us and doesn't hardly make any sense. I don't think this is a legit review that we are having to address. "This complaint of [removed member name] has already run its course through due process of the law. We have litigated this matter through Small Claims Court. After the first court hearing judgement was awarded to our company. Then there was the Appeal Process requested by [removed member name], once again the judgement was awarded to our company. This was the final judgement . After making 5 court appearances and after being awarded 2 judgements , I don't feel there is anymore that has to be said about this matter. Our company has been through the litigating process of this matter, we have had enough bad experience with this matter. This was the experience [removed member name] chose for the both of us,"
