Had troubel getting AC company have used for years to finish their job, a month of unreturned calls and a hole cut into my closet floor left open . Had a rat's nest in a duct not discovered or not seal out from new ducts just installed. After 3 months was desperate to have odor removed. Called this company from an ad in local newspaper services directory. Service men were prompt, on task. Too bad they don't service AC. I would definitely hire them for that.
