Good, the owner, I believe his name is Steve, was professional and knowledgable, took extra care to protect corners and use foam supports under furniture to help protect and help while the carpets dried. A little on the pricey side though, but good work nonetheless.

They did excellent work for me. They provided really, really excellent service and cleaning and were probably the best that I have ever experienced. I think that the owner is Steven and he came out and took care of everything and I was really pleased. He was extremely professional and very detailed and he took extra care when wore booties when he came into my home. He also put corner protectors on all my furniture ends, which I have never experience before. He actually put supports underneath some of the heavier furniture, so that it could dry better and more efficiently. I think they way things were set up was very detailed. He really takes a great deal of pride in what he does and he is a perfectionist. He took a little longer to have the work completed, but it was well, well worth it because of all the extra steps that he takes. I was very, very pleased with him. I spent $200 each time for 5 rooms and that includes pet treatment, so it is anywhere between $100 and $200 for the work and he does a fantastic job. He also has a lot of wonderful coupon stuff that is going on right now.
