BLUE FIN POOLS & SPAS

Tommy is a very nice guy and tells you all of the right things at first. He proclaims to be a family man who cares about his customers through to the very end. I truly thought he was a good and fair guy when he gave us his spiel and most of the way through the build. He proclaimed this through our whole build and part of the reason we went with him and not the cheapest company was because he seemed very relatable and easy-going. The pool was built with not much problem. However, once everything was finished, we had some follow-up issues that were either completed wrong to begin with or mistakes such as: cracks in the concrete after only a week, concrete chunks falling into the pool, a fountain that sounded like a bath filling with protruding edges that are safety hazards, an umbrella hole placed wrong and at an angle (not requested), messy concrete finish work, a 2 foot drop off the back of the decking that was filled with dirt, push-back when asked to enlarge the shallow end after it had been dug (but not poured), subs leaving trash and cigarette butts in the yard, subs coming into our yard unannounced and on a Sunday night at 8:00, I could go on...

I THOUGHT THAT THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND HAD MY POOL INSTALLED WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT THAT THEY HAD SET UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
