$75
Technician came out, pushed reset button (which I had already done) , installed my own new filter (which I could do)...was there 5 minutes, told me ice maker would now work and left. Charged $75 for this. Ice maker did NOT work.
I was having a party that night, got busy, and did not call back...a few days later I checked manual online, and discovered the "Stop Ice" light on the front panel was on. I turned it off and ice maker began to work.
The technician never checked the panel to see if this light was on.
I think charging $75 for a service call where he essentially did nothing, and did not fix easy problem, is excessive. Spoke to company about this; was told that was the fee to come out.
