I signed up online for a termite inspection & saved $25 instantly. Chuck came out & did the inspection on my home while we were in escrow. He immediately got to work & did a thorough inspection in-side, outside, & underneath my home. He found some major problems while inspecting for termites. He explained in detail about the termites that he found around the home & the damages that they caused. There were some major leaks he also came across while crawling under the home & he noticed some subfloor and retaining wall damage. It took about 24 hours to review the complete report, estimated costs to fix, & detailed summary of his findings. Because we were in Escrow we had the seller fix all these problems. Unfortunately, they did not use this company to repair all the damages but they did follow his detailed list to the T. They ended up fixing all of the findings in his report. About $4,000 in repairs.

Better Pest Control has been very pleasant to work with while going through this process. We have hired them to come out & do general monthly pest control. The ladies in the office are nice & the inspector went above and beyond answering my questions and concerns even after he came out. If you need a termite inspection this is by far the best place to go. This guy really knows his stuff & has the greatest customer service in the Valley! Better Best Control Guarantees their work. Trust is everything. If we ever have a termite problem again it will be a no brainer. These are our guys.

My house had termites. I called Better Pest. They scheduled an inspection the next day. They were on time, they were professional and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was needed and why. I appreciated the free education and the full explanation. They set an appointment to do the work. Again, they were on time, did an awesome job, left the property clean and pest free, like clockwork. i couldn't be happier.

A great experience from initial contact on the phone, to schedule site visit quickly, thoroughness and fast with report delivery. Problems were found that I fixed, and a reinspection was performed with the same experience as the initial one. I will be recommending this company whenever possible.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM, BECAUSE THEY WERE TERRIBLE ABOUT COMING AND GETTING IT DONE. IT MUST HAVE TAKEN ABOUT SIX WEEKS. THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT WHEN I TALKED TO THEM, BUT THEY WERE JUST UNRELIABLE.
