They showed up on time and gave us a free estimate. Their bid was in the middle of the others but seemed the most professional and came with a recommendation from some friends. When they came to install the system we found out that the previous company did not hook up all windows. They connected all windows, doors and sliding glass doors to various zones; they installed various motion detectors that allowed for our cats to roam but pick up our 6-year old moving in the room, We also had 3 stations installed to turn on and off the system. They finished the job in about 2.5 hours and cleaned up nicely. They explained the system. We mentioned that we plan to update our windows and they explained how we can work with them in the future to accommodate the system.
