I have been bringing my vacuum cleaners to Beal's for years and have ALWAYS left 100% satisfied. Bob and his staff know what they are doing and do it well at a fair price. They are honest, competent, and very willing to please. Although Beal's sells a wide variety of new vacuum cleaners in addition to running a full service shop, Bob never has any hidden agendas about getting you to toss out the old and bring in the new. I also learn something new about vacuums and ways of keeping my home dust free every time I come in. He is very patient and gives his full attention to whoever he is dealing with, even if there are a couple of customers waiting. Beal's Vacuum is highly recommended without reservations.
