Automated Access gave me an estimate for finishing someone else's work and kept in touch with me throughout the fabrication process. The owner listened to what I wanted done and gave me advice to help guide my decision on the appropriate opener for my gate. The crews were pleasant, hardworking, and respectful. They stuck to the price quoted and didn't charge a deposit up front.

We had problems with our old gate opener. We called AA Inc. and they were out here in a timely manner. Found the problem with our gate and repaired it. We ask about adding battery back-up. They said it could be done, so asked for an estimate for added back-up and another estimate for a new unit that already has battery back-up. We opted for the new unit because of the warranty. What great service, polite, efficient, prompt, and they programmed and explained everything. Would recommend them in a heart beat! Their service cost the day out was only $89.00. The new unit came in under estimate! Very happy!
