Everything good. They remembered my call and agreed to be charged $12.50 work beautifully. Pretty happy too.. Exacly take amount of time. Responded to my phone call immediately and they remember my 1st name. Machine working beautifully.

They installed the new clutch assembly, replaced the u-bend & clip (I had lost the u-bend clip), cleaned all parts of the machine & gave it a on overall tune-up! Good price, fast service. I got it back the same day that I dropped it off. Everyone was so nice and helpful, fantastic customer service. So glad I found them! Got my vacuum home & tried it out, it's like a whole new machine, all clean & pretty & works great again. Oh, and got some new tools too, as I had lost some of mine.(crevice cleaner, etc)
