I don?t think he charged me anything when he came out and did the patch work. The roof itself was about $9000. When it comes to his punctuality, he is very busy. He is going to do another roof for me sometime soon.

He came and did some work and said it was fixed. It wasn't, because it leaked again. When I called him he said he would come back and take care of it, but he never did.
