AR Landscapes

Very well; combined several small but needed projects-all completed efficiently in less than 1 day.

Fortunately Anthony Rios of AR Landscaping was patient and flexible as the project progressed and revisions were requested. Anthony and his crew do beautiful work and I am so pleased with the results.

AR crew spent a day and a half cutting, raking and cleaning and got it looking great. We will use them again prior to listing the house.

I've had work done by AR on previous occasions. Very professional. AR is not "cheap" but prices are reasonable, work has always been thoroughly professional and competent. Will continue to use them, especially since I think I'm about to remove a 3-lot size lawn and install drip system for the trees.

.We had no idea what we wanted to do with the front yard, to make it more drought friendly. All the companies we had to come to give us an estimate and make  suggestions, gave us little idea what we should do.  Anthony Rios, the owner of AR  worked with us and provided us with ideas and then completed the job in a timely and professional manner.  His crew was very polite and were hard workers.  They cleaned up all their mess and left everything in good order.

Working with Anthony and his entire crew was a very enjoyable experience. He communicated frequently about completion of the current step and what to expect with the next phase. He was very helpful with suggestions and yet very open to our wishes. Both appreciated. We were involved in every decision.

AR landscaping had to return twice to follow up on the repair. They returned both times without charging me any extra and they were very punctual and professional. Anthony was great!

He had great design ideas and he's very professional. His crew was very dependable and they worked very quickly. I've got a great landscape in four days. I'm planning to have them again do my backyard.

Anthony is wonderful. He set up my sprinklers and landscaping lights. I have used him for a number of years. Whenever I have a problem, he comes right out and fixes it.

A R Landscapes gave us an estimate and we decided to pick them over another landscaper b/c of the amount that they could give us for the same price.  Anthony and his team were very professional and punctual.  We started w/ a dirt backyard and after a week we had extended our patio, we had trees, a fountain installed and a lawn w/ sprinkler system.  We did have to make some changes about half way through the project that increased the price slightly from the original estimate, but the team was still able to finish on time. 

A R Landscapes guarantees their work for a year in case anything goes wrong w/ the plants. 

We found A R Landscapes on Angie's list and we were very happy w/ the work that they did and would definitely recommend and use them again. 

They have done a lot of work.  They are in the process of designing some new landscapes, both front and rear.  We love them.  Not only is Anthony Rios professional, but he's on time.  He returns phone calls and is competitively priced.  They did another portion of some sprinkler repair for us including replacing the main controller box.  They were very reasonably priced.  We just had a very large redwood tree removed.  In the process some roots broke our sprinkler, and we called Anthony.  He was here within 30 minutes and repaired the sprinkler line for us.  He did not charge an emergency call.  He is honest, innovative, and listens to our questions and concerns and answers them.  We are absolutely continuing to use him.

He was fantastic. It happened four or five years ago and he still comes to help me when I have broken sprinklers or lights. He's just very helpful.

Initial installation appeared satisfactory. AR Landscaping did a very good job of installing a good quality sprinkler system which works very well; however, there was soil settling over some of the trenched areas and the lawn incurred considerable die-back. AR Landscaping wasn't sure what caused the die-back, and after a months wait due to a big job they had contracted, AR Landscaping returned to repair the yard that included filling the settled areas, over seeding the bare spots and adding additional fertilizer. The net result is the repair work actually made the yard more uneven and the lawn area never recovered and thinned out considerably more over the winter. I am unhappy with the law and have not called them back, as I have lost confidence in the organization and plan to repair the lawn myself.

This is the second time we have use AR Landscaping. Anthony is the best. The attention to detail, clean up and design are great.

WHAT HE INSTALLED WAS FINE BUT HE NEEDED TO COME BACK TO HOOK UP 2 ADDITIONAL LINES AND TO ADJUST THE WATER FLOW. WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO REMIND HIM BUT HE NEVER CALLED BACK AND HE NEVER RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE ALSO TOLD US HE WOULD RETURN IN A YEAR TO RE-ADJUST THE SPRINKLERS. AGAIN HE NEVER RETURNED EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES.

Went very well. Took a little longer than originally anticipated, but we were kept informed along the way. Very satisfied.

Failed to show for first appointment. Work was done correctly and ultimately when scheduled.

Anthony came out and gave an estimate for the work. He is a busy fellow so it took him a little longer to start than he initially estimated. However once the work began it was very well organized and Anthony returned the next day, which was a Sunday and did some finishing touches. The crew cleaned up very well after-wards. We were very pleased with the work and I plan on having him to additional work in the near future.

Excellent work. Add all the little touches. His workers cleaned up every day and did a great job. Workmanship was first class. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Anthony was professional and prompt from the first time he came with an estimate throughout the entire process. He checked on his crew several time, all the workers were very considerate. All work was done on time and to our satisfaction. In fact the Anthony sent the first delivery of Sod back to the company because it was not up to his standards, something we would not have had the knowledge or contacts to do.
