Hal took apart the ice maker in my refrigerator door and found the problem, a broken part.  He ordered the part and when the part arrived he returned to install it. Now my ice maker is working perfectly.  After Hal fixed it the ice maker, the refrigerator was periodically making a loud annoying noise. Now the noise is gone!
I have used Hal?s services several times in the past 10
years.  He has repaired my washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. 
Hal is the only person I would call for any major appliance repair. 
He is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual.  He is always willing to explain what he is
doing and why something is not working. His prices are very fair and he will
not sell you something you don?t need. I my opinion, he is the best appliance
repair person in the Fresno/Clovis area.

Hal answered the phone when I called at 8:15am. He was polite and courteous and when I described my problem he diagnosed over the phone, gave me an estimate over the phone and he showed up less than 2 hours later. He was very professional when he arrived and double-checked to assure that he had diagnosed my problem correctly and had it fixed and ready to go in less than 20 minutes. He assured me I had a one-year warranty on his parts and service and recommended a local company to get my vent professionally cleaned so that my problem wouldn't re-occur. I highly recommend his services! He saved me from buying a new dryer which would NOT have fixed the problem.
