He failed to show up for several appointments or recall my contact information, despite it given to him repeatedly. He actually lied about having an emergency, which I caught him in. We again agreed to reschedule and he showed many hours late. He actually failed to remember being here the first time. He wanted to go over the basics of the project, which we had already covered. He said he would come back with a contractor to look into my home and project more thoroughly. Unsurprisingly, he failed to show for that appointment. He?s obviously quite forgetful and rather unprofessional. I will not have him complete the project.
Description of Work: I contacted him regarding an odd smell I assumed was related to mold.
