On time and fit my small 1100sf house in within 1 week of signing the contract. I came by during the install several times during the 2 days they were working and had to point out one piece of plywood in the eves that was damages and required replacing after they had already papered and put up flashing, no big deal but one strike. They finished the work late on the 2nd and I returned in the next morning to find some trash left in the backyard, including one of the old attic vents (hard to miss) and fresh, wet oil stains on my driveway. If you know your trucks leaking oil, you 1. Shouldn't be parking on customers concrete driveways 2. Have pans to throw down under the truck to catch any fluids during the work.

They showed up and finished the job on time. They did not install the rain gutters properly and this resulted in water flowing to the inside of my house. I called them back; they messed around with it but they did not fix it. They had a competitive price but they did not do a good job. I would never use him again.

After looking on Angie's List, I called a few roofers for an estimate to replace our wood shake roof.  The replacement estimates came in more than our savings, so we decided to repair it only.  Ryan gave a us a great estimate on repairing the roof, certified it for 2 years, and agreed to give us a credit towards a replacement roof in the future!  We were pleased with that offer.  He workers showed as promised and worked all day.  They did a wonderful job reparing our roof. We are now able to continue saving for our roof replacements without the stress.

I called the office and my information was taken.  A few days later the owner called and we discussed what was needed. An appointment was made for a supervisor to come out and see the details of what the job required.  Our flat patio roof was leaking.
He took all the measurments.  In a couple of days I received a FAXED work propsal.  The propsal was fair and I hired Allstate to re-roof our patio.  I did call at a busy time because it was going to rain in a few days and other people had already made appointments for their roofing work.  I did not have to wait too long for them to come out and do the work, it was probably about a week.  During that time the rain was not too bad and our patio did not flood.  They came out with the materials, removed the old roofing and replaced it with new roofing.  I would hire them again.

The work turned out to be very good.  I had a very pleasant experience with them.  They came on time like they said.  Their price was right.  They answered all the questions and concerns that I had.  They told me that everything is going to be fine and there will be no leaks.  My biggest was concern was that they do the work right and they did it right.

There was a leak coming from a light fixture in my rental. I called the company to schedule a time to come and fix it because there was a 5 year warranty. Ryan sent George out to fix it while my renter was there. He went over that day introduced himself, went out side, and did not come back. I called Ryan back and he said that George fixed it and left. It turns out that he did not do anything.

A few months my renters found a puddle in the bathroom again. So I called the company back and they sent out another person. I made sure I was there that time to make sure the roof was fixed. They said that they had not done it right when they origianlly put the roof on. They worked on the roof for a while and said that they had resealed it and it should be fine now. I tried to contact the owner because the first person that they sent out did not do any work they said he did. I could not get a hold of the owner and she never called me back.

I was initially unsatisfied with paying $400.00 for 45 minutes of work with two people. But as long as the roof no longer leaks I'm satisfied.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME IN AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEY WERE QUICK AND CLEAN. I DID NOT FIND ANY PIECES LEFT IN MY YARD.
