+ -1 moreSee above. Kirby headquarters was contacted, and they state that All Valley Kirby is no longer a Kirby distributor (though the Kirby company made attempts to help the buyer reach the owner of All Valley Kirby). The money has not been refunded.
Description of Work: Salesman came to the house & sold senior buyer (age 88) a Kirby vaccuum, but the sale was canceled by buyer within the 3-day limit on the contract. A day or so later, salesman came & picked up the vaccuum (November 2008) but the buyer still (3/2/2009) does not have the money (the buyer's check was cashed).
