We have had All Pure Pool Service for a few years now. Other than the fact that they take about 2 weeks to deposit our checks and they change the day they service our pool without telling us, we haven’t had any major problems until now. We have used them because they are cheep, but we got what we paid for. They recently lost the key to our gate and didn’t tell us for a few weeks (they claimed to, but I’m sure I would have gotten a note or message if they had). Our pool ended up turning green. Then when I told them I would leave the gate unlocked for them to fix the gate they told me I would have to wait until my regularly scheduled day for the pool to be serviced. They also never came to clean out the filter like they promised. When I called to ask why they told me I should have called them to let them know the pool wasn’t green anymore. It seemed like every time I called them they just gave me some BS and acted like it was not big deal that they messed up our pool.
I feel that since they messed up they should have tried to fix the problem. They temp has been in the high 90’s or 100 this whole time. It sure would have been nice to take the kids swimming, but I really don’t think they care at all.
By the way our pool is still cloudy.
