I THOUGHT THEY WERE FRIENDLY. THEY JUST STOPPED BY MY HOUSE AND SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL IT FOR FREE BUT THEN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 39.99 FOR US TO HOOK UP WITH THE POLICE. THEN FOUND OUT THEY WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE.
