Prompt, but not happy about moving furniture although I had mentioned this when ordering and was charged for it. Edges of carpet not clean and behind two doors. Carpet crunchy after cleaning. Looked OK for party I was having that week end.

HE WAS VERY GOOD. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND REALLY TOOK HIS TIME GETTING THE CARPET CLEANED. IT TURNED OUT GREAT, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
