+ -1 moreCould not locate replacement part locally. One of the local companies referred me to Areus in Oakland. As mentioned above, Aerus was excellent.
Description of Work: Following a simple inquiry telephone conversation about a plastic cord return operating cover for my Renaissance Electrolux vacuum cleaner, I was surprised with a statement that went something like "We have some of those here and we will be glad to send you one at no cost." I had searched in the San Jose area for this replacement part and was unable to locate it locally. I am sure that if I had located one locally, it would of cost me $15 or more.
