ADVANCED TILE CLEANING

Advanced Tile Cleaning was selected from among four similar companies that were contacted by phone for estimates. They were the most courteous and prompt to respond and, on the phone, seemed the most professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. We submitted photos of the pool (standard kidney shape) by text message with close-ups of sample tiles and expansion joints, and the company responded with an estimate and suggestions by phone. After the company rep answered a lot of our questions, the job was scheduled about three days out. Two workers arrived precisely on time first thing in the morning and completed the tile cleaning and expansion joint repair by mid-afternoon. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. No property or landscaping was damaged, and everything was neat and clean when the job was complete. The cleaned tiles look nearly new. We have very hard water with lots of mineral deposits. The tiles are almost fifty years old and have been cleaned several times, not always with the best methods, so they could never be made to look exactly as new. And the clean look has lasted nearly ten months. The expansion joints look very good too. We're very pleased with the results. Our pool hasn't looked this good in a long time, and we will definitely hire Advanced Tile Cleaning again when needed.

Everything went well.  I would recommend this type of work be done in warmer weather.  Everything was beautiful until the weather caused some staining to occur during the night time hours.  Adam came out quickly to take a look and had his team come back when the weather was dryer and took care of the problem which involved a total re-do of the plaster.  The men never complained and did a great job.

Went with company because his girlfriend was my wife's assistant at work. Came out, decided on tile and start date. Showed up around 11-12 each day, stayed till 7-8 at night. Took out old tile first day. Put up new tile 2nd day. Asked him if he uses a transit/level, said no, he goes by his cut on plaster (not straight). Did grout 3rd day. Grout cracked/fell off 4th day. Called him out 4 times. He even asked me for a friend of mines number who also tiles pools to get advice. Adam even went as far as to ask me to help him fix it since he didn't know how to do it. Adam left it in poor condition. Tile not put up correctly, grout not put up correctly. Horrible customer service and quality of work.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY WERE RELIABLE AS WELL, AND THEY GOT THE WORK DONE SOONER THAN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD. WE DON'T HAVE THEM COME OUT AS OFTEN AS WE SHOULD SO THE CALCIUM WAS BUILT UP QUITE A BIT.
