Carpet Cleaning
Tech was 1 hour late. He did call and say he had a flat tire. When he got here you could tell he had had a long day. I know they work hard. He just wasn't very joyful. After he completed the work there were lots of human hairballs all over. Looks like his machine could use a thorough cleaning. Carpet looked liked machine briskly went over it. It still looked dirty. I had to call in another company to follow up on Action Floor tech because it looked so bad. After he was done he asked me to do a survey on receipt. I then told him how I was not happy the way the carpet looked. He didn't say anything.
