+ -1 moreThey sent a guy out to pick up my mattress, because it was not working for me. They took it out, I wanted a new one to replace it. They sent us one back that you could not sit on really, it was not working for us either. I ordered one for my room and they took it back and and the adjustments they made were not good all of a sudden I hear nothing so I call them. The owner answered the phone and said their business is failing and told me I could not get another mattress until January. He was crying to me on the phone. I want them to just take the mattress back and give me a refund. It says satisfaction guaranteed on my reciept. He was yelling at me and told me that there is a fee for restocking and no one understands his finances.
Description of Work: I went to them initially to purchase a mattress.

Description of Work: I had bought another mattress from this company. It wore out, so I bought another in 2005. Since 2005 I have had back problems. I bought their top of the line pillow top. I bought the sturdy one because I was told it would last. Now I find out with my back problems I need a soft mattress. So in November, 2010, I called A better Bed to see if I could get a softer filler for my pillow top. As soon as I mentioned my back problems the person I talked to, Michelle, started yelling at me as though it was my fault the mattress was uncomfortable, and that I was stupid, and then she hung up on me! She could have gotten a sale for a new insert for my mattress if she didn't be so argumentative to a customer. Plus she wanted to charge me $50.00 for an employee to come over to see if my bed was level! Anyway after that , I will now have to buy a number bed for my back because I will not deal with anyone who accuses the custom. Especially since I spent so much money for the tow beds I bought there.
