I ordered one for my room and they took it back and and the adjustments they made were not good
all of a sudden I hear nothing so I call them.
The owner answered the phone and said their business is failing and told me I could not get another mattress until January. He was crying to me on the phone. I want them to just take the mattress back and give me a refund. It says satisfaction guaranteed on my reciept. He was yelling at me and told me that there is a fee for restocking and no one understands his finances.
