Bad. Damaged r phantom screen door frame, needed to replace. Did not mask off area to prevent dust from spreading, my drapes, walls, furniture. Then they turned on my AC suck up dust! I had to have ducts all cleaned. Broke our doggie door.. Cost we paid to have cleanup done was close to $2000. They did help pay for some damages. But all this should of not happened. It took almost 1 month to finish project. That's because the inexperienced salesperson did not order extra tiles, they ran out and more needed to be ordered plus salesperson promised a lot of things that inexperienced installers had no clue how to do!!

Every thing went great.  We love the new carpet, and the thicker padding made a big difference.

Showed up on time, Efficient, quick clean, left the large pieces that were usable.  Used them for kitchen flooring as well.

They were Punctual and proffessional. Here it is 8 years later and there has been no issues with the carpet nor Congoleum product nor installation. This was the second time I had them install flooring for me

There were problems with the installation. The installers were not equipped with the purchase order and the tools to properly provide the service. The installers damaged a desk due to improper moving technic. Antonio, our salesperson, has promised to correct the issues with the installation and damage to the desk without hesitation.

Started off good with visit to store and salesman coming to house with samples to help us choose. After choosing flooring, went into store and signed papers and paid for half of services with the understanding that the balance was due at time the work was completed. Didnt hear from salesman after that regarding setting up a time and date for installation. Called the store number listed on his card and each time was told by store staff that he was not available and would I like to be put through to his voicemail. I left messages on two separate occasions and still did not hear back from him. I finally went into the store and he was there. I told him about the messages left and his response was "you should have called my cell phone number instead cause I can't get into my voicemail." I asked him why the store staff didn't advise me to call his cell phone rather than leave a message and why does he have a voicemail box he can't get into! We went ahead and set up a time to have the laminate installed first with the understanding that the carpet would be done at a later date. The laminate flooring was installed without a hitch accept that the installers demanded payment. I wasn't there at the time but was not expecting to have to pay anything since the work was not completed yet. My husband ended up having to call the store and give them our credit card number. I called the lady in finance the next day and explained that the work was not done and that I wanted to pay the final installment by check and that we would pay once the carpet was installed. She said she didn't know there was more work to be done and said no problem and that no charges would be applied to the credit card. The carpet was installed a few weeks later and there was some question about the color but we got that straightened out. I gave the installers a check for the balance. A week or so later I was reviewing my credit card statement and saw that the store had charged $2,000 dollars on my credit card! Again, I had to go down to the store to find out what was going on.. The salesman was there and seemed to be aware of the charges. If that's the case, why didn't he call me or correct it? I felt that the whole experience could have been handled more professionally and proactively. There appeared to be a breakdown in communication between the salesman, installers and finance. As for the flooring end result and quality, we are happy with it. The contracted installers appeared to do their job professionally.

Sub contractors were punctual and did good to excellent work. Sales person was prompt and responsive. One of the contractors caused accidental damage to our TV and quickly replaced the TV without any issues.

It went very quickly.  They had the job completed three days after I first went into the store to look at carpet.  Did a nice job and left everything nice and clean when they were finished.

Total lack of responsability.....time frames were pooorly attended to and overselling product with not informing of less expensive and adequate materials (shower flooring). ...I thought this was what I was supposed to use or something like it. Did not inform that product used in second bath would have variations that rendered the color scheme chosen look entirely too busy and made it unusable. The above mentioned shower floor materials were on back order (the rep didn't know this) and when delivered, I noticed they were the wrong ones...they installed them anyway....ordered was Venitian Pebbles...delivered and installed and quot;Malagaand quot;...it was acknowledged as wrong, but instead of re-doing it the next day....it took several weeks. ..this far exceeded the week or so that I was suppposed to be without the use of that bathroom.

At beginning, I asked for a breakdown of costs....this took asking for 3 times and about a month...when I did receive it...pricing was much different than a sheet I had......discovering that he added Shipping and Handling to the individual prices...the contract specifically states thet there was NO CHARGE for shipping and handling...If I hadn't demanded specifics...this would have not been caught. Also, the contractors costs on this sheet was much lower....no explanation..although I don't have a problem with the contractor...I have a problem with the rep making any money on such poor and stressful service.

While installing....I requested carpet to be set aside for a repair in another room....they forgot...this was credited. They broke a large 65 X 48 inch mirror ($154) and custom framework ($250). The contractor agreed to pay for the mirror and the frame if they couldn't save the frame...this was promissed for last Monday 12/9/13 along with finishing a small area of baseboard (to take measurements, etc 12/9 - this was not done. ..and a small strip to stain in the first bathroom... I trust the contractor to do this...but it has to be handled before final payment.

The job is not done....they put through a charge not approved by me (too much} with job not finished and credits not given....

The contractors team was fine...I would use them again

My wife and I stopped by Aand M Flooring just to get some info and ended up going with them. We met a salesman named Jose and was very helpful from start to finish . The carpet looks great and feels even better . We had stopped by a flooring liquidator and wasn't helped till we were about to leave. the second place took down our information and made an appointment and never showed up. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Aand M flooring again.

First, I called A and M and explained the floor project we needed (carpet and vinyl). I requested that someone would come to our house with some samples and take measurements (to give us an idea of cost and suggestions on our project). The salesman arrived on time for our appointment and was helpful. Next, we went to A and M chose our materials, placed a purchase order, and later set up a delivery and installation date. I did call and make a couple of changes which our salesman took care of. Very professional Company that stand by their work and good reputation.

I have been very happy with not only the products but then if I have any kind of problem then they come back and take care of it. I did get some kind of deal to come in there and get some kind of discount. I also like the way they come back if you are having any kind of problems and they make sure you are happy. And they clean everything up too. A and M Flooring just do a good job.

It was great. They were very helpful. We had a broken waterline under our house and everyone was very kind; it was a very traumatic thing.

The fellow I dealt with was very good. He showed me what I told him what I was interested in and he didn't try to upsell me. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Smoothly. Salesman even dropped off samples at my house to help me make up my mind.

Everyone was easy to work with and quality was important.

No problem with the sales department, but the installation was not good at all. The installer try to leave before the job was done, tried to make excuses as to why it was not completed, at one point left his helper for over 2 hr sitting on a bucket. Had to call back 3 times because wax around the toilet was seeping out and now parts of the vinyl is pealing away from the wall. Never returned my call to have the installer return my parking pass in my condo unit, still have not return it...
