Here's the story. I have this going with BBB. They are not an A+ rating. Bertha at BBB stated they maintain that if they respond. Well, you better watch this one. First off, they have 2 profiles on BBB. Their reviews are not as good as you think. Here's what they did to me. First off, I hired them to clean my windows inside and out when they also started as my gardener for my 3 houses. They did not take out the screens, nor clean the tracks. As for the gardening, I told them right away I wanted my shrubs pretty manicured, that's just the way I like them. They should have told me right off if they could not do that. 20 minutes TOPS each week. Obviously things did NOT get done. Kept blowing debris in the pool even after my husband asked nicely to not do that. We have nice fescue and they would leave multiple edge marks over time. It was always RUSH RUSH RUSH. I paid them on 4/2 for $360, which they cashed immediately which was for the 3 houses for April. I sent them a text about the issues and was ignored. They did not show up the next week, so I then texted the son (dad seemed to be in charge). I got a text back and they said "sorry this isn't going to work out". There went my $360. They DISAPPEARED!. I filed with BBB and now they are saying the payment was for March (NOT!) and that I owe them $180 which they will forget about if I remove the feedback I am leaving on the internet. Wow! For that, I now plan to take them to small claims court. It's not about the money, it's about what is doing the right thing by letting other people know not to deal with these people.
