IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPETS. THEY EDUCATE THE CUSTOMER ON HOW TO KEEP THEIR CARPETS CLEAN AND HOW TO MAINTAIN THE LOOK OF THE CARPETS.

EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID WAS WONDERFUL. I HAVE NEVER HAD MY CARPETS CLEANED AND WHEN THEY GOT DONE WITH THEM THEY WERE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR THEN I HAVE SEEN THEM BEFORE.
