- He pretreated stains and thoroughly cleaned the carpets - did a great job and the carpet is 18 years old!

My carpets had not been cleaned in over two years. Mark did an excellant job, and all the stains came out. He was 15 minutes late, but he called before the scheduled appointment time, to let me know he was running behind. Mark was thorough in explaining how he would clean the carpet, and the steps involved. He took time to answer my questions, and even helped me move some furniture. I would definitely use G1 again.

Mark did a terrific job on the carpets. He was even able to get some tough stains out. The carpet looks almost new again. He even came out the same day I called. Very professional.

It was a great experience. I requested a certain day and time and he complied. The carpets have never looked so clean and they are 16 years old!!! In fact we had friends over the next day and they asked if we got new carpeting:) I would highly recommend G-1
