Very professional, timely and responsible. Jon was responsive to our requests, ideas and changes. He and his crew were always on time. Jon followed through on everything he said he would do, returned calls, and kept us informed as the job went along. He was usually present and visible, certainly available for questions. He kept us informed of prices for changes we requested and tried to keep it affordable.
Our job was more difficult than one could have imagined with copious mature roots and stumps to be extracted from tight spaces. But Jon never changed the bid and instead if cutting corners later on in the project he kept doing more. Little things like taking down the old TV dish from the roof; adding more lights and adjusting the sprinklers in the front yard were all extras that left us feeling quite satisfied with Ericksen Landscaping. He kept true to his mantra, and quot;Don't worry, I'm not leaving until you're happy.and quot;

I was happy with the price and pleased with the results. The ornamental tree looks really nice and I am going to have them come back several times a year to prune the ornamental tree so that it continues to grow.

The project took about a week to complete and went well. The workmen were efficient and maintained a tidy jobsite. Jon Eriksen was responsive to our questions and maintained contact throughout the project. Minor issues that arose were handled quickly. My impression was that Jon was genuinely concerned that we were happy with the project. We are.

Excellent job, we couldn't be happier with the look of our front and back yard. Jon came up with a fantastic design which complemented the size of the backyard. He stands by his work coming back several times to fix a few problems with a drainage problem with the pond.
