They were really great to work with. They made the process of changing a roof very easy on us. They technically kept the yard clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were right on time and very efficient. It took them a day and a half which was amazing. It was close to a holiday weekend so they wanted to get it done quickly and they really did a great job.

Overall, I was pleased with the service provided and the quality of work. After the re-roofing was completed, we did have a leak near one of our skylights, which we didn't have before the re-roofing. However, Steve was quick to respond to this problem. He explained what caused the problem and implemented a fix. This problem and another minor problem prevented me from giving an and quot;excellentand quot; rating.
Steve was very good at answering our questions prior to winning the contract with us. He was patient and professional.

Steve was easy to reach over the phone-he provides his cell phone number in addition to his business number. (Do not email him-I don't think he even checks it.) He was highly recommended by both my realtor and inspector, both of whose homes he worked on himself. He gave honest answers, was friendly, and I felt that I could trust him. Unlike others, however, he only gave a written proposal when I decided to go with him. I liked that he would be on-site (he says he's there 80% of the time). The actual re-roofing went smoothly and they cleaned up well after themselves.

I now have an excellent roof and I have no complaints at all! The price was great and I have no complaints whatsoever. The people were very professional, very responsive in returning my calls, and always on time. I didn't have anything to really complain about as far as the people or the service.
