STEVE WARNER WAS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. HE WAS FLEXIABLE AND LISTENED. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK AROUND US LIVING IN OUR HOME DURING CONSTRUCTION. ALWAYS HAD HOT WATER, BATHROOM AND WASHING MACHINE AVAILABLE. PROJECT ENDED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DEADLINE AND CAME IN ON COST!
