Vero came for estimate a day after I called, which was very good. She took notes of the condition of the condo and wrote down what needs to be cleaned (all my requests). When you hire a cleaner for a move out service, you expect the result to be spotless, just like when you see an empty apartment for rent. This was not the case. So I got to the condo in the afternoon (they came in the morning, I dropped off the key a day before), the windows were very clean, however the crew didn't clean up the debris below the windows all over the condo (the carpet was just cleaned by another company the day before). When I go to the kitchen, the stove was cleaned well, but the fridge and the dishwasher were not (seems they were left untouched). And the inside cabinets weren't cleaned either. The crew just clean the cabinets' doors (they clean them well though) Then, I checked the closets, none of them were cleaned, including the washer/dryer closet. Then I checked the bathrooms, they were cleaned well. So I wrote an email telling them about my findings (everything minus the fridge and the dishwasher), and the next day I got a call from them and they scheduled a recleaning. After the recleaning, when I checked, the debris under the windows were gone, clean. They cleaned the closets a bit but the inside of the kitchen cabinets were still left untouched (I specifically wrote on the email about this). I decided to leave it this time simply because I dont want to waste time scheduling another appointment. Afterall, it's take less time for me to clean the cabinets myself.

They were an hour late and didn't bother calling to let me know that they'd be late. I called the main number and found that they were on the way but having trouble finding the place. I had to tell them to re-clean a toilet. They didn't vacuum under furniture. They didn't bother dusting anything over eye level. They didn't dust around or under objects. Their mopping job was very disappointing leaving some spots that had been there beforehand. In short, if I had spent two hours cleaning the house myself, it would have been significantly cleaner. Pretty sad considering they sent three people. A little background. I got a groupon for two hours service from three professional cleaners. It cost me $45 which is supposedly 1/3 the normal costs. I feel that I almost got my money's worth. If I had paid full price I'd be demanding a refund.

They do commercial and residential cleaning. Their price is good. They are very responsive. They have been late 3 times, so it is hard to say about their professionalism. On the phone and when I talk to them, they are very nice. I am going to try out them for a while in the future.

Good housecleaning service. If they don't do it right the first time they will come back and clean it again to make sure you are satisfied and always checking in with their customers. They require a little managing on the client's end but their competitive rates and responsiveness to the customer's needs make up for it. VERY trustworthy and felt safe with having them in my house.
