Veena was great. She was very professional and always did a wonderful job in homework, to collect all the information we needed to make a decision. Since we could only afford to put 10% down as down payment, and lenders were only considering offers with 20% down, she found a creative way to have our offers accepted. She worked with us from July to November (we were very picky on the choice of homes), but she was very patient. For all the appointments she was very punctual. Veena definitely goes the extra mile to help her customers. Veena was also fun to work with, and she always gave us good suggestions related to the homes we were seeing, like what to be careful of, how much would certain remodeling work cost, and so on. She was very knowledgeable about the various areas. Once our offer for a bank-owned property was accepted, she was very good to follow up with a somehow unresponsive sellers' agent. She follow through and supported us during the process of getting a mortgage, home insurance, and working with the title company. She even recommended us some contractors that we then had a great experience with. Veena offer the "complete package" with a professional but open and fun attitude.
