+ -1 moreThe service and customer service was excellent. UCC came out to do an initial cleaning then came out again to do a touch-up cleaning a month later. Very happy with our service.

+ 1 moreI had three rooms that had a lot of high traffic areas and I did not want to replace the rug so I thought I'd get it cleaned. It's been awhile since I've had them cleaned and Unforgettable Carpet Care came over gave me a quote and also help me clean my two area rugs as well. The carpets came out amazing they pretty much look brand new. My area rugs look fantastic as well the area rugs are not replaceable and I'm glad that I got them cleaned. I would definitely use them again and they had a great attitude.
Description of Work: Scheduled me in and came over to house where they Cleaned 3 rooms for me and did 2 area rugs as well. Deep cleaned and steamed.

UCC came out and were punctual, friendly and got the job done quickly. They also cleaned our office furniture and conference room chairs. Everything came out beautifully. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will continue to work with them in the future. Highly recommended!

+ 0 moreLouie and his team did an amazing job with my car. Being that it's a tan interior my Audi looks brand new and smells incredible. He was able to remove lipstick and makeup stains that were in the carpet and headliner and also made my seats look flawless. I was a little skeptical with doing the carpets due to the color but I am beyond impressed. I will definetly will be using his services again. Thank you Unforgettable Carpet Care!!!
