They are very accommodated, they are prompt, they fixed the problem and they did a fabulous job.

Very well as far as I can tell. As long as there are no leaks when the rains come, it's great. Nice crew. Nice company. They showed up as promised. Work area looks good.

In short, I am totally satisfied. Talked to 5 companies, received 3 estimates, and chose Tri-City for their professionalism, prompt communication, and very competitive price. For estimate, Greg Glaeser, the owner of the business, came pretty much on time, and he was very friendly and thorough in answering my questions. He is the kind of person whom you feel you can trust. Then, the communication with the office was the first rate. My main method of communication is email, and I received a response on the same day from one of Jeannine, Jasmin and Eleanor, sometimes after normal working hours, and they always follow-up on action items, which means they also have good communication among office staff and field workers. They also provided consultation on the shingles, and recommended to visit roofing supply store to see the samples for myself. From that visit, discussion with the Tri-City foreman Oscar, and a bit of research on web, I chose GAF's Grand Canyon over CertainTeed's Presidential TL. And after all is said and done, I think I made a right choice. The project lasted 5 days, with the first day being the Labor Day. The workers came in at 7:30am and worked through the day till 6pm everyday. The roofing was actually completed in 4 days and the 5th day was for picking up the left-over material and clean-up. The people are not very talkative but are very hard working, and they are also very efficient. On the third day when the shingles were delivered as they laid underlayment and started nailing shingles, there were probably 10 people all at once on site, but everyone seemed to know what everyone else is doing and the operation was almost flawless. It must be a result of excellent project management. Another thing I should mention is that when Oscar and I reviewed the project at the end of the fourth day, I noticed that there are rather wide gaps between new gutter and eaves. It is not because gutter was installed wrong, but because the eaves were uneven. The gutters were secure enough but I was concerned about moisture penetration from the unpainted and exposed end of eaves. Oscar offered a solution to have his people come in and paint the exposed parts of eaves, which they did the following Monday. In a perfect world, I probably should have asked to paint the end of the eaves whey they removed old gutters, but then, I do not know if it is what is normally done. In any way, I appreciated the fact that neither Oscar nor Jeannine challenged me that it was not their problem, and they immediately offered a solution, which is what I call professionalism. I was going to write a short summary but this turned out to be an epic novel. I would be amazed if anyone actually read this far, but if you did, I thank you for that. And I recommend giving Tri-City Roofing a call for your next roofing project.

Oscar the foreman that came out to do the initial estimate, showed up to make sure everything was done completely. The crew Alfredo and Jose are very knowledgeable. The job was the done to our satisfaction.

Could not be happier with Tri-City Roofing. Had a complete re-roof and rain gutter replacement. Their crew was great. The job took a total of three days and at the end of each day they did an outstanding job of job site cleanup. The office staff was extremely informative and cooperative from start to finish.

My wife and I initially used Tri-City Roofing to repair a leak during the rainy season earlier this year, and they also gave us a quote to get the roof replaced. Several months later, when we had our finances in order for a complete roof replacement, this firm offered to replace it at the same price they had quoted earlier. The job included tearing off three layers of old shingles and replacing them with asphalt-type shingles on an 1116 sq. ft. 1960's ranch style home in Dublin. Also included were custom cut, painted and installed gutters. Tri-City was accessible and responsive throughout the entire process. There was a relatively small adder (~$900) to repair the area under the leak mentioned earlier, which had been inaccessible absent a complete roof overhaul.

Its a very beautiful roof. They were terrific. It is really good quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The bid was done quickly and once we accepted it, a date was scheduled about a week out.  The rains started before our scheduled repair date and the guys were on the roof the morning of the first rain, completing enough  of the work to prevent the roof from leaking.  They came back and finished the bid on the following Saturday, still before the scheduled date.  We have paid another roofer three times (but smaller amounts)  trying to repair this leaky spot and have never been able to get this leak fixed completely.  Tri City Roofing came out and fixed our problem in about 2 hours and we have had no further problems.  Wish we had used TriCity first instead of trying to work with the other roofer to complete the repair job over a 2 year period.  Tri City Roofing staff were friendly, quick, and as described, really responsive.  We didn't expect them to come out just because it rained since our leak has been ongoing and the damage is already done internally, so this was really a plus.  We are confident we will have no further problems for years to come now that this troublesome spot has been repaired and the rest of the roof has been inspected and prepared for El Nino.  Thanks, TriCity!  The work should last for several years, and as long as it does, the price will be spread out for the years left in the roof and is reasonable.

I was not personally on-site during either the inspection or the subsequent repairs.  My son-in-law was on-site and he reported no problems of any sort.  Company was professional, on-time and seemed to know what they were doing.  
The duplex in question had belonged to a relative and when I took possession I had no knowledge of the roof's condition.  I felt the inspection was needed prior to doing real estate disclosures.
The warranty was a bonus since the bay area has been without much rain for several years.  I can report that the recent heavy rains stayed where they belonged - outside.

They were very responsive from the time I started looking for quotes. They gave a more reasonable quote on installation of sun tunnel on phone as compared to others. Greg, the owner, was very candid and honest about the scope of work when he came to the propery to give an estimate. They scheduled the work for the very next day. They were punctual, professional and courteous. I am very impressed with their overall performance.

The leak is still there but the tiles were glued in place.  Need further investigation on what is wrong.

We called Tri-City for a quote to replace our roof and install new gutters.  The owner Greg stopped by the following day to inspect the roof and give us a quote.  We had already received a quote from another roofing company, and Greg told us on the spot that he would be able to beat the competitors price.  He provided us with a written quote the following day and told us he could begin work the following week.  Prior to work beginning, Greg dropped off color samples for gutters, provided guidance on color selection and told us his crew would begin on Wednesday and complete the job by Friday.  He also had us fill out a form to confirm certain aspects of the job and make special requests.  As promised, Greg and his forman Oscar showed up on time, began work as promised, protected the driveway and surrounding property while they performed their work and actually removed and replaced the roof and gutters (two story house) in two days.  A final inspection of the roof was made by Greg on Friday morning along with the City inspector and we accepted the job as completed.  The roof looks awesome, and Oscar and his crew did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up after the project was completed.  We highly recommend these guys -- they are really impressive and truly professional.

It went wonderfully. We were pleased with everything they did. They were professional and did a good job. We love the roof. We are still having some problems with the gutters but it was not their fault it was because of the slope of the house. They also replaced a deck for us.

My tile roof is leaking in a few places. I  called Tri-city and the owner Greg come over the next day.
 I got a written estimate within a couple of days through e-mail.

I requested a quote on-line from Tri-City Roofing to change a roof jack from 5" to 2" to accommodate a high efficiency heater flue.  (The HVAC contractor drilled a hole through the top of the old jack and simply stuck the 2" line through it -- very ugly).  Within 1 hour I received a telephone call and by the end of the day, the owner came out and provided what I believed to be a very fair price for the jack and installation. A few days later, the owner and his worker showed up, and installed the new jack.  Very quick, professional, and reasonable cost.  I wish I had had Tri-City do my original re-roof job 7 years ago.  I will definitely recommend their services to friends and colleagues.
