Pest Control
The inspector was very friendly, and offered advice on dealing with a small termite infestation in the garage without having to tent. We ended up finding termites in an interior wall later and having to tent anyway, but I appreciated his willingness to give both personal advice on top of the official recommendation (which is always to tent if any termites at all are found). As a general rule, I'm unhappy that pest inspectors don't investigate any of the interior walls beyond a surface inspection (which isn't going to see anything unless the house is falling down), but I guess that's standard.
