They were very good. They were professional explained everything to me the advantages and disadvantages. The different kinds of heaters what they would recommend.

I haven't had any problems. They call and set up a time and come when they say. They always do a good job and kept my system in good condition. They keep me aware of things to be mindful of.

They showed up the day they said they would in a timely basis. Three men came (it's a big job!). One was working outside and two were working inside. They completed the job the day they said they would. There was actually a defect in the new unit that I discovered about a month later, so I called them back and they sent somebody out the very next day. They did determine that there was a defect, and even though they did not have the part they needed on hand, they were able to order it and install it the next day. Exceptional service.

It went well.  When they put the A/C unit in the bills went up instead of down, which was in the guarantee, and I called them and they came and installed a whole new unit for us at no extra charge.

Perfect.  Came in immediately found the problem & fixed it.

My brother contacted Temperature Perfection to have the ducts cleaned and the furnace inspected on his new condo. He setup a date to have the furnace inspected and asked to have the duct cleaned as well. He was told by the gal on the phone that they will not allow the ducts to be cleaned until the furnace was inspected and the techs verified the ducts were in good shape. This seemed a bit odd but ok, with such good reviews on this site he went for it. A week later the techs come out and look over the furnace. The guys that came were professional and friendly.
The issue started when he asked about the duct cleaning. The tech did not even look inside the ducts and when asked about it acted like it was no big deal so I asked if he could get someone here by Friday because he was moving in on Saturday. The tech called and was able to set an appointment on Friday between 12 and 1. At 12:45 he got a call from the company telling him that they would not be able to make it. ?
First they knew he needed this done BEFORE he moved in.
Second they called at the end of the time window.
If they had just scheduled it the first time he called this might not have happened. At this point he has a bad taste in his mouth from this company and will not be using them again.

I decided to have central air conditioning installed this spring.  I tried using the one man company that had installed the furnace 13 years ago.  It didn't work out - because he just couldn't show up, and he couldn't seem to put together a system that belonged together (all the same ton units and all for the same refrigerant).  I bought the coil and line set he had purchased since I felt sorry for him.
Kevin, the owner of Temperature Perfection, came over to evaluate the situation and give me a quote - the day after I called.  Kevin was quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and was able to figure out some trades on some of the equipment I had bought so that everything would work together.  I learned from Kevin that the ton rating (the amount of heating or cooling a system can do) is included in the model number as a multiple of 12.  (36 is 3 tons, 48 is 4 tons, etc.)  Now I realize there was no reason for the previous contractor to have so much trouble figuring out how many tons each unit was - he acted like it was a real mystery.
I had to wait a couple of weeks for the actual quote as Kevin had to go out of town for a week on a family emergency.  But, I got the quote on Monday and the guys were here on Wednesday to do the work. 
Mike and Danny arrived on time, were completely professional, efficient, wore shoe covers in the house and protected the hardwood floors with floor covers, cleaned everything up perfectly, and were very pleasant.  I was very comfortable having them in my house. They arrived at 9:30, took a 45 minute lunch at 12:30, and finished up about 2:30.  I am happy with my new air conditioner, though the real test will be when it is actually warm enough to use it.  Mike went over the operation of the new thermostat in detail, as well as leaving the user's guide.
The condenser is sitting under a birch tree so Danny told me about a cover I could buy from them that lifts from the fan air in the condenser and closes itself whenever the unit is not operating.  He was not pushy about it, but just let me know.  They didn't have the right size with them, but Mike was back in less than an hour and installed the right one. 
They will come back in a year and check out the system for no charge.  At that time they will see if I want to sign up for their maintenance program - a visit in the fall to check out the furnace and a visit in the spring to check out the air conditioner.  
I would recommend Temperature Perfection without reservation.

Had just moved into new home. Called for tune-up and review of the Furnace. They came same day with. Ery prompt and extremely courteous service. No parts needed but he did a complete and thorough review and cleaning of the furnace. Also asked him to replace the circa 1966 thermostat with a new one. Very fair price for a state of the art thermostat. Will definitely call Temperature Perfection for any services that I may need in the future.

Overall, it went really well.  I'm delighted.  Thankfully, I can put the issue behind me.  I have a new heater!!  If there are issues (which I doubt), I know I can count on Temperature Perfection to handle them.

It was fantastic.  Everyone, from the owner to the technicians, gets an A+.  They explained everything that they were doing and the price.  There were about 4 technicians that came to do the service, and they were all top notch.  We were very pleased with their service.

They have been great. It is just so nice to not have to worry about such a complex part of my house. It is one less headache.

I am on contract with them and it was a part of the warranty. It maintains the warranty. They were friendly and punctual. Their pricing was fair. I used them last year as well. I did some research and I chose them. I got everything that I asked for and I did not have to ask twice unlike the other companies where I had to ask several times. They were always courteous and always answered my questions. They were respectful of the home owners as they put on shoe covers when they walked into the house. They were all very enthusiastic. They are based here in Fremont. So, I went to their company and spoke with the owner for a little while. I did research on some other equipments that they did handle but they did not get asked for a lot and they were able to answer my questions on that. Overall, there was some good co-operation on their part. They were on time. I have been used as a reference for them also and so, I would recommend them to the other members.

They are a small company and very honest.  I don’t really remember how much we paid them.  We decided it was worth it and it wasn’t too bad.  When they come into our house, they protect our carpets by putting booties on their shoes.  We had them do work in a couple of our houses around here.  We just send them over there because we trust them.  They were less expensive than the other people.  I don’t have that much of experience to judge them but I can say that they are very fair.  They might be the one under the best.  They carry a lot of different brands.  So you can get pretty much anything that you want.  We’ve had no problems with their responsiveness.  When we had a problem with the air conditioner, they were out here either the same day or the next.  They are really prompt.  Their punctuality depends on the job and it’s not really their fault if they are not punctual.  They can be tied up on some things.  They were a little late once I think.  We will use their services again in the future.

The whole experience from Temperature Perfection deserves 5 stars. The crew, Asmir, Mario, Michael, Eric and Rudy were prompt, cheerful, courteous and respectful of us and the house. They wore shoe covers and used tarps to keep the dirt down, swept and vacuum after each day. They kept to schedule, answered all question and corrected all concerns. The new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system works beautifully

Our air conditioning stopped working in 100 degree temperatures, and just our luck on a Friday evening. I called around to dozens of companies, but Temperature Perfection was the only ones available. Rudy was here in just over an hour and was able to fix the unit within a few minutes. They could have told me it was anything and I would have believed it. I absolutely feel I can trust this company. Rudy went above and beyond and even cleaned the unit and tested other non broken items while here.

If it was only a minor tweak to the system, I would be fine with it naturally. However, my intention was to replace the clunker of a heater if the repair was more than $150. My rating of the price of the project was arbitrary because I had never had a furnace replaced before; so that part of the survey wasn't applicable. Very surprised that the owner showed up. Very personable. I had considered going for new A/C too but just wasn't ready to spend much ore than I did. Important question to the owner was whether A/C could be added in the future (which it could). Not only the owner but also the two young men who installed the furnace and thermostat were very courteous and conscientious about not tracking any dirt in the house. Over the years, I've grown accustomed to repair people who think nothing about tracking mud in the house or unceremoniously dump new appliances in place, sometimes damaging the floor. I must emphasize that the installers were VERY courteous. They sounded and acted like they knew what they were doing and actually sounded like they were enjoying their work. They reflect very well on the company that employs them. Once the installation was completed, they were very thorough in collecting all the old parts and cleaning up any mess. Truth be told, they cleaned up my house better than I did. Would I use the company again? Yes, I would and will. I'm thinking about having the heating ducts replaced. Oh, by the way, they installed a thermostat that actually talks me through the setting procedures, saving me the tedious effort of actually reading the manual. Artificial intelligence at its best.

They were a bit late for first appointment we had set, but I received a phone call ahead of time asking me if I preferred to reschedule. We did, and the second time they were perfectly on time. Jack was very professional and personable. He did a thorough job inspecting the system and in cleaning the condenser unit that had not been cleaned for 4 years. He also cleaned the unit indoors, and that took a lot of work due to its poor status. He sealed some leaks in the system and spent a good amount of time in making sure all the vents in the house work, and that the system runs fine.
