STRONG CONSTRUCTION

I liked their customer service. They brought a full team in, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves. Couple of things that I didn't care for too much is that we had wall painted different colors as well as the seam in the corner and sometimes the seam wasn't very straight and I found few paint drips in the house. They were very good in their timeliness.

I have found that they do good work and are very reliable. They are not cheap but are professional and give good quality. I will use them again in the future.

I loved it. I loved the work. I loved their attitude. They were clean. I can't say enough good things about them. There was nothing I did not like. I would use them again if I needed to.

PROS: The quality of work, fit and finish is generally excellent. They really kept workspace clean and safe. His carpenters (Willy and George) were excellent. All subs were fine and trustworthy to have in the house. Things generally happened on time. Any delays were due to our changes. We knew ahead of time when payments were due, and payment schedule was reasonable. CONS: We went with Strong thinking he was better at project management than our second choice, so we'd have a smoother experience (e.g. weekly walk-through, documenting any issues, etc.). Turns out those documents are to protect Strong, NOT the customer. We were given deadline to decide ceiling height (Tuesday). Called Monday from a trip, found out he had already decided AND INSTALLED ceiling, despite deadline being in writing. During final walk-through, we had concerns about drawers feeling harder to open and lower quality than we expected. His response was dismissive at best.
